Hi everyone! 

My name is Lana Lynch, MA, LPC and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University (Gig ‘Em!) and my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. I have experience working in a variety of treatment settings including college counseling centers, schools, and private practice. I have spent years working with children, college students, adults, and couples. 

I believe in an understanding and non-judgmental approach to therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are and walk alongside them on their journey of change and healing. Life can be challenging, and I find joy in helping individuals navigate these difficulties and celebrating their successes. I create personalized plans tailored to each client's unique needs, serving as their "cheerleader" through life's ups and downs.

With specialized training in integrating faith and mental health, I offer a Christian counseling for those who wish to include their faith in their therapeutic process. However, I fully respect and accommodate clients who prefer not to incorporate religion into their therapy.
